Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who else sees it and how to ask us to change or delete it. Last updated 25 September 2026.

Who we are

This website is run by Resonans Digital Marketing Agency ("Resonans", "we", "us"). We decide how the personal data described here is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Project briefs. When you send the contact form or request a strategy call, we receive your name, email address and whatever else you choose to tell us: company, website, budget and message.
  • Newsletter sign-ups. When you subscribe, we receive your email address.
  • Emails you send us. We keep the messages you send, including requests for proposal and their attachments, and our replies.
  • Server logs. Like every website, our server records technical data for each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not buy personal data from anyone.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your brief and prepare a proposal, because you asked us to.
  • To send the newsletter, because you agreed to receive it. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and working, which is our legitimate interest.

Who else sees it

We never sell your data. A small number of providers process it for us, only to deliver the services above: our website host, our email provider and our newsletter service. This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep briefs and emails for up to two years after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case they become part of the project record. Newsletter addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not set cookies. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name resonans-theme. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
